The Wonders of Religion
A religion is a systematic approach to living that involves beliefs about one’s origins, one’s place in the world, or a responsibility to live and act in the world in particular ways. It is a personal belief system and faith in a higher power or truth which reinforces ones day-to-day living.
Religion is often interwoven with society and politics and may focus on specific supernatural, metaphysical and moral claims about reality (the cosmos and human nature). It explores both the personal practices related to communal faith and to group rituals and communication stemming from a shared conviction and way of life.
There are so many religions in the world today that many people have become confused. How one can be sure which religion is right for them? Do all religions lead to the same destination in the afterlife — do they lead to one Heaven?
At the special presentation of Wonders of Religion the speaker will take you into the lands of the Middle East and Far East — right into the cradle of all religions. No matter what you believe this is a presentation that should not be missed.
